The check in was seamless, apartment in the lodging house was spacious and comfortable, the views were fantastic and the spa / wet areas was relaxing thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The staff was outstanding, laundry done for you on the premises for a fee, and Arthur was a conscientious and communicative driver to shuttle to and from the cable cars and the town center.

Beautiful and restful place after hiking

My family really enjoyed this property for many reasons. It is centrally located within walking distance to both the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars and after a long day of hiking the pool and hot tub were amazing - and the view after walking up the hill to the property was worth every step! We appreciated how responsive and accommodating the property owners were too. I would definitely consider coming back.

Spectacular apartment with majestic views of Dolomites

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this establishment. You were pampered with cotton robes, a hot tub, a pool and daily laundry service. Barbara was very helpful and accommodating to our every needs. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was an adorable staircase and path down to the city. You were literally away from the hustle and bustle of the city and it was a very peaceful vacation. We will stay there again.

Just book it.

This is the one you will tell your friends about. It’s modern and rustic in all the right places. You have three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full kitchen, spacious family room and perfect balcony. The pool and hot tub are the perfect end to a day of adventure. The staircase in back of the property means you are only a nice 10 minute walk to town. So you have the views and the clean air with the elevation while still being close to everything. Laundry service available, free parking, wonderful staff, this place has it all. We loved it!

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Träumen, Erholen und Verlieben. Super Lage, sehr ruhig am Hang, grandiose Aussicht, hervorragender Service, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Hauseigentümerin mit einem stets offenem Ohr. Schwimmbad und Sauna top, Whirlpool im Freien auch. gehobene Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz in den Schlafzimmern, den Bädern und das Wohnzimmer im Tiroler Stil einfach kuschelig. Kurze Wege nach St. Ulrich und zu den Bergbahnen. Es bleiben keine Fragen oder Wünsche offen. Wer viel Ruhe, ein gepflegtes Haus und eine gute Versorgung sucht, ist hier genau richtig, perfekt für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf nächstes Jahr! Absolut empfehlenswert!
