The Space:
Live like a local in this brand-new home, tucked into the trees of a residential neighborhood. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars of Manzanitas – you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into your own secluded, private getaway. A ramp at the front door, along with a host of accessibility features, such as a private bathroom off the main suite with a barrier-free roll-in shower with a teak bench and an ADA-height toilet, widened hallways and doors, hardwood floors, raised electrical outlets, low-threshold entries, and double outward-swinging french doors to the rear deck, will help those with mobility issues navigate the first floor, which features open-plan living and gorgeous modern decor.
The chef will love the kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, and all the gadgets and counter space they need to whip up a feast. Thoughtful extras include a full compliment of spices and cooking oil. Dine together at the table for six, or pull up a barstool at the spacious kitchen island. You’ll also find the main bedroom suite on this level, with two more upstairs.
After a day of exploring, you’ll love returning to your cozy home. Soak in the hot tub on the wheelchair-friendly deck before dinner, and fire up the gas grill when you get hungry. Spend the evening snuggled up in front of the gas fireplace, streaming your favorite shows or posting the day’s pics on your social media pages, courtesy of the high-speed WiFi or Cat6 hardwired connections available throughout the house. If you’re craving more together time, grab a board game or turn on the Wii and set up in the upstairs living room. Drift off to sleep, dreaming of the memories you made today – and the ones you’ll make tomorrow.

Very quiet location, easy walk to the grocery store and the Library and Hoffman art center and garden. We loved the hot tub, and the kitchen even had a slow cooker that we used.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Clean well-appointed home tucked away in the trees. Comfortable beds, great layout for families. Can’t wait to return!
Nice, new home - well equipped kitchen and nice beds / bedding. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening! Tucked up in the woods, so you get the feeling of a beach vacation in the forest - best of both worlds! Would definitely stay here again.
House was very comfortable. Hot tub was a big hit!

Amazing, beautiful home!
We enjoyed this beautiful property so much! It was perfect for our mom's weekend away. Our favorite was the outdoor seating and the hot tub. It took a while to get in as the codes wouldn't work, but after a while, we were finally able to access the beautiful, well furnished property.

Home away from home!
We had a wonderful stay at the shore pine. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. The house is beautifully furnished, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space was perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal just a little walk to the beach and close to town, yet still peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. We can’t wait to return!
We loved our stay in Manzanita at Shore Pines. The hot tub was a huge hit, we loved the home and decor. Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, dining room and back deck. It had everything we needed! The location was great for getting around to all the places we wanted to visit. Just missing a fire pit, but with all the trees it may be a bit of a fire hazard. We had no issues with booking, check in and check out were a breeze.
Really nice, clean house, very comfortable master bed. Our daughter, her husband, and our baby granddaughter felt very at home. The house is tastefully decorated with a well-thought out floor plan. The weather was good on this Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed using the deck and barbecue. It is a short drive to the beach or town. Lovely home.

Dream house in Manzanita
The house is lovingly decorated and furnished with high quality, comfortable pieces. Everything is new or like new condition, clean, uncluttered, and QUIET, despite its proximity to 101. An easy walk down hill to the shops, groceries, farmers market on Friday evening, out of the tsunami zone on a private wooded lot. (The uphill climb back was no problem for us, but others might choose to drive the short distance). We loved it! It was perfect for 2 adult couples and two older teens. Manzanita's vacation homes have gotten very expensive, but I have to say this one was worth every penny. 10 out of 10. Recommend!

Lovely small beach town family home
We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this home. It’s was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Upstairs was perfect for our family of 4 and Grandparents downstairs in the master. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could need to cook. We didn’t find and oyster shuckers but managed with what was available. The hot tub was a huge bonus in the secluded back yard. Thank you for sharing your home.

Peaceful retreat
We visited during the week with the complete intention of rest. The house was bigger than what we needed for the two of us, it would easily accommodate two couples and kids. The space was tastefully decorated and the included amenities were quality. Really thoughtful planning. We only slept in the master bed, it was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and a very short drive from main street, a little more effort to walk. The hot tub was private and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing
The location is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the houses are spread apart so you don’t feel close to anyone. It’s easy to find and the house is very accessible to anyone. The first floor has everything you’ll need. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was really great to use. Loved the hot tub after adventuring around manzanita which was walkable or an extremely short walk away. The beach is not far off either. Plenty of restaurants close by and nehalem for the nature. Will definitely try to book again when I come back

This one's a winner
We are former Vacasa owners, so we tend to really scrutinize rental properties. This one is truly outstanding: New, clean, great layout, great location, everything works, wonderful hot tub, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Front door ramp and accessible main-level shower if you need it. Run, don't walk, to book this one. 5 stars. We'll be back.
Excellent layout with master bedroom on main level, open living concept with family room and 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Beautiful back deck with hot tub and nice grill. Shed with beach equipment. Very comfy furniture and very well stocked kitchen including plastic dishes/utensils for children, whole rack of spices, plastic wrap and food storage containers. Night lights, large first aid kit, baby gate for stairway and keyless entry. Outstanding. Will definitely stay here again.
This home is immaculate and very-well equipped, with good attention to details that can make the difference between ok and awesome, like extra bedding for the master bed, nightlight in the master bath, filter papers for the coffee maker, plenty of new kitchen equipment.
The accommodation is arranged so that one couple can have the master suite on the main floor, where the spacious and comfortable kitchen/dining/sitting area is located, and then upstairs there's a queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom and separate sitting area with TV, so that another couple with kids have their own domain.
In terms of location, it is about a 25 minute walk to the seafront, which is downhill on the way out, but uphill on the way back: however, only about 15 minutes to the nearest restaurant or coffee shop. You can't hear Highway 101 from either inside or outside the house, despite how close it looks on the map.
I would certainly stay here again, and would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone else going to Manzanita - definitely a 5-star property.
