In an exclusive location, ideal for families or groups of 4 to 8 people and in a lively and evocative context. The location, although quiet, is optimal for fully enjoying all the services offered by Bibione Spiaggia while remaining 250m from the sea, a few hundred metres from Piazzale Zenith and a few minutes from the spa.
The residence is a modern holiday home consisting of 8 units, located in the central Via Maja near the beach and renovated from top to bottom in 2019.
In all flats there are two bedrooms, inverter heat pump air conditioning and a parking space in the condominium garage is included. In addition, guests have free use of Wi-Fi with unlimited access and a laundry room on the ground floor.
