The Space:

Experience a carefree vacation at Pop Pop’s Place on Edisto Beach! This classic rental home was renovated in the winter of 2021 and is now more comfortable and appealing than ever. Vaulted ceilings give the property an open and spacious feel that's perfect for a large group or a small family gathering. Two enclosed, hot-and-cold showers and TVs in every room will keep everyone entertained and relaxed. Spread out and enjoy the sweet southern breeze on various decks and a screened porch. Views of the ocean are stunning from any vantage point.



The beach access is a minimal walk from your doorstep. Depending on the season you visit, you may even have the opportunity to see loggerhead turtles nesting or hatching. Memories are always made on Edisto Beach, and Pop Pop’s Place is a relaxing home base at a comfortable price.

Great experience!

Our family had a great vacation week in Pop Pop's Place. The home is clean and comfortable and perfect for our family. We have stayed at Pop Pop's Place two years in a row, but were sad to learn that the home will not be available to rent for next summer.

House was good and plenty of room. Location was great near beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Could use more attention on thoroughly cleaning inside and tidying up outside areas. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. We apprecaited that the linens were included. Edisto Beach is a hidden gem.

Very Nice Rental

My wife and I, along with our four grandkids and two dogs, had a very positive experience at Pop Pop's Place. The house was beautiful, roomy, clean. It was within a very short (a little more than a block) walk to the beach. Everything about our stay was good!

Comfortable Stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Pop Pop’s Place. The proximity to both the beach and Whaley’s was super convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. We enjoyed the shared beach toys and were grateful to be able to use those. We would love to stay again someday. Thanks!
