In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the breakfast of your choice before enjoying it together at the dining table. On the balcony you can end the holiday day in peace. And don't forget to take some nice holiday photos, because what a view!

The holiday home is located about 5 km above Zell am Ziller, on the Gerlosberg mountain. In winter, the ski bus stops near the holiday home and takes you for free, in just a few minutes, to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal Arena. So you don't need a car. It is an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts but also for hikers. You won't easily forget the views you encounter on a summer hike

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
