Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Astbühel" 280 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 1.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 7.5 km. Gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: guarded residence. The owner lives in the same residence.

Einfache FeWo mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick ist sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick und Morgensonne, jedoch zwei Nachteile

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit herrlichen Ausblick Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus, alles sehr unkompliziert. Leider Betten sehr weich, ein Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung sehr kalt war, Vermieter wollte dann wohl wieder die Heizung eingeschaltet, war aber bis zum letzten Tag kein Heizkörper warm, angeblich da tagsüber außen zu warm. War jedoch nachts kalt, daher Begründung sehr fraglich. Bekamen dann einen Heizer, um die Wohnung aufzuwärmen, ging einigermaßen gut, aber energietechnisch total unsinnig.

Heerlijk huis en terras met uitzicht.

Fijn ruim huis met groot terras. Alleen jammer dat er vanaf een uur of 2 daar geen zon meer is. De trap voor onze hond van 35 kg was een dingetje ivm artrose issues. Voor de hond uitlaten niet de meest ideale plek, maar op de lange steile oprit naar de 3 huizen te doen. Je zit gelijk aan de doorgaande weg waar best hard wordt gereden. Stukje rijden voor boodschappen. Verder lekker rustig en mooi uitzicht. Een goed uitgerust appartement.

Point fort: la terrasse et la vue

Les points forts: la vue et la terrasse avec beaucoup d'espace et 3 chaises longues pour se reposer. Les points faibles: la cuisine et la salle bain peu spacieux et sans fenêtres. Je déconseille d'y aller plus qu'à 3 car le canapé lit n'est pas top.
