In the district of Ramsberg 5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the centre of Ramsau, 7 km from the centre of Zell im Zillertal, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Ramsberg Bergheim" 110 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, mountain railway 6 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

Nice and cozy apartment

The apartment is located in a brand new chalet, in Ramsberg, and has a great view on the valley of Zillertal. The owners are very friendly, the rules of the house are clear and the accommodation itself is just great. There is a bus station very close to the chalet, in case you don't want to use the car. I would return anytime.

The view from the parking is just great. The apartment was very clean, and it didn't miss anything. The kitchen was fully equipped giving us the option to cook whatever we wanted. The bathrooms were very clean. All the furniture, and i guess the building itself is quite new so, I would definitely return. The owner was very friendly, the rules of the house were very clear... i definitely recommend this place.

Nachdem wir tolle Wohnung bereits vor ein 3 Jahren im Winter gemietet hatten, waren wir diesmal im Sommer zu Gast. Erneut wurden wir ganz herzlich empfangen und fanden eine Wohnung vor, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Um Fragen kümmerte man sich direkt. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

erholsamer Urlaub in toller Wohnung

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Die Wohnung war wie ausgeschrieben und in einem super Zustand. Da wir mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern dort waren, hat es uns besonders gut gefallen, dass beide Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hatten. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir eine schöne Sicht auf das Tal und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Prachtig appartement!

Wij hebben onze wintersport in dit prachtige huis doorgebracht. Alles is perfect voor elkaar, netjes, schoon, nieuw. De gastvrouw is altijd bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel is dat het huis via een heel stijle, smalle weg te bereiken is en als er sneeuw ligt er zeker sneeuwkettingen gebruikt moeten worden. Bij ons was dat niet het geval. De skibus stopt voor het huis, deze gaat naar de Horbergbahn. Wij hebben alle gebieden in de omgeving ontdekt (Zell, Kaltenbach, Gerlos, Mayrhofen..) met de auto, Max 10/15 minuten rijden, goed te doen dus! We hebben enorm genoten van het Zillertal! Deze woning zouden we zo weer boeken, maar we willen liever echt in het dal zitten mocht het slecht weer worden..

Alles neu und super sauber. Tolle Wohnung ! Manko ist Kücheneckbank; länger TV sehen ist ziemlich unbequem. Achtung! Anfahrt ( Serpentinen) zur Hanglage muß man abkönnen....
