Highlights include a balcony, shared pool, and tennis courts. Easily walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links to practice your swing.



LIVING AREA



After a day at the beach, relax in the well-appointed living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 60' cable TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.



Sip morning coffee at the two-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather at the table set for four.



BEDROOM & BATH



This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom is stocked with an ample supply of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.



Sleep soundly in the bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 40' cable TV.



The updated bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.



OUTDOOR AREAS

Motorcycles, motorized scooters, mini-bikes, trailers, and commercial vehicles may not be parked inside the Sea Pines Plantation. Boat trailers, U-Haul trailers (or the like), campers, recreational vehicles, buses, and similar vehicles will be parked as directed by resort security personnel.

We awoke from a nap on the sofa to a gentleman standing on the balcony taping up our view out the sliding glass door on Saturday afternoon. I was planning on sitting outside and eating but the chairs were all covered up for the painting that was being done. I would not have rented this unit had I known the door was going to be covered up and the balcony not usable I started to call but we were only going to be there 2 days so no need to go elsewhere. A partial refund would be fair. Also, I have plenty of pictures to verify if you would like them.

Long weekend in Sea Pines

The unit is as described/shown, which is always great! The unit was clean and prepared for us in time for our arrival into Sea Pines. I liked that a Sea Pines gate pass was included with stay. We rented bikes and relied on them for transportation to beach, restaurants, and Harbour Town. We also enjoyed the community pool. Only points of improvement would be to consider a new mattress and maybe spruce up the balcony a bit.

We enjoyed the location. Walk to grab a coffee in morning and to the Harbor to shop and grab a bite. Golf was fantastic at Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes. This condo is on the 11th hole of the Heron Point Course. Would be helpful if we had some plugs etc for phones etc to be plugged in. Place was comfortable
