Eine wunderschöne Zeit in gemütlicher Atmosphäre

Wir haben das Wochenende sehr genossen - das Haus ist toll aufgeteilt, gemütlich, gut erreichbar und einfach sympathisch. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und die Anreise problemlos Wir waren mit 5 Kleinkindern unterwegs, und die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, und jederzeit wieder.

Großes Haus

Es war schön, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. An Sauberkeit hätte es besser sein können. Als wir ankamen ging die Heizung nicht und der Vermieter war erst nicht erreichbar. Hat sich nach 1 Stunde aber gemeldet und das Problem konnte gelöst werden

Hervorragende Unterkunft

die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10. Es war sauber und vor allem ist das Haus riesig. Auch einen großen Garten verfügt das Haus. Wir haben uns alle super wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation ist super gelaufen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Fantastisch!

Unterkunft mit potential

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Wir waren meist unterwegs und nur 3 Nächte zum Schlafen dort. Ich finde es etwas schade, das das Haus noch so viele private Sachen beinhaltet inklusive der Sterbekarte des Vorbesitzers, viel Unrat in Schränken und Schüben, leider musste das Geschirr auch vor gebrauch erst Gespühlt werden.... Die Matratzen und Lattenroste gehören sich unbedingt ausgetauscht. Meiner Meinung sehr hohes Potensial wenn der Vermieter was daran macht.

Great spacious house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was nice to have the space to spread out. The washer and dryer were a welcome addition to have. All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 1/2 bath on the main level. We had everything we needed and would stay here again. The neighborhood was nice too.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit in Straubing und haben für 2 Nächte das Haus bewohnt. Es trägt noch den Charme seines Besitzers und dessen Familie. Insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Bettwäsche im OG könnte weggeschlossen werden und die Sauberkeit an der ein oder anderen Stelle intensiviert.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung

Private Lebensmittel und Drogerieartikel füllten die Schränke. Darunter war auch z.B. Hundefutter. Besteck und Kochtöpfe mussten erst gespült werden . Kühlschrank zu klein und ohne Eisfach. Schimmel am Badezimmerfenster. Bettwäsche war zerrissen. Trotz Reklamation beim Vermieter wurde man bisher immer wieder zwecks einer Wertminderung vertröstet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über diese FW. D. Fillies

Top Lage,Gute Aufteilung

Gute Aufteilung und Kommunikation, Haus war kalt bei Ankunft wurde jedoch mit gut funktionierender Heizung schnell geregelt. OFFENER benutzbarer Kamin war unser Highlight!!! Betten sind ok für ein paar Tage,etwas mehr Toilettenpapier und Müllsäcke wären schön gewesen. Sonst ist alles da!!! Kommen gerne wieder

Angenehmes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war zwar nur kurz ,dennoch ist das Objekt sauber und gemütlich. Zudem eine Ruhige Lage.

So richtig gemütlich!

Was für ein schönes Wochenende! Wir, eine Freundesgruppe Ende 20 bis Anfang 40 waren hier für ein gemütliches Spielewochenende und das Haus war für uns perfekt. Ich war noch nie in einem Haus mit so gut ausgestatteter Küche! Ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, beschichtete Pfannen, die tatsächlich benutzbar waren, Kaffeemaschine, alles da. Klar, die Spülmaschine hat gefehlt, aber wenn jeder mal spült, ist das ja kein Problem. Das Highlight für uns war der riesige Tisch im Wohnzimmer, da konnten wir uns richtig ausbreiten. Das Haus wurde auch schnell warm (die Heizungen waren aus als wir ankamen). Die Vermieter hatten im Kühlschrank sogar Getränke für uns hinterlassen, was wirklich sehr nett war. Insgesamt ist das Haus einfach gemütlich, es ist klar, dass das nicht so eine seelenlose Immobilie ist. Das einzige, was uns ein klein wenig gestört hat, war die Qualität der Betten. Die waren nicht optimal bequem, aber für ein Wochenende trotzdem absolut ausreichend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder. Für Menschen mit Hund: ein paar Straßen weiter kann man gut über die Felder gehen, der Garten ist eingezäunt, aber das Tor hat breite Streben, ein kleiner Hund kann sich durchschlängeln. Das ist keine Kritik, nur eine Info. Es gab sogar ein Hundebett im obersten Schlafzimmer, das wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Treppe ist für Hunde gut begehbar, die Stufen sind nicht hinten offen.

Nicht nochmal

Kein Internet, war aber versprochen, Bett und Couch stinken nach nassen Hund. Langes warten aus warme Wasser in der Dusche. Überall Sterbebilder von ehemaligen Besitzer. Ausgeschieben ist die Unterkunft für 10 Personen waren angemeldet mit 5 und dann doch ein Mann mehr waren auf Montage da kann es doch mal passieren. Der Vermieter ging nicht wirklich auf das fehlende Internet ein, viel mehr wollte er für einen Mann mehr gleich mehr Kohle. Aber da das Internet nicht geht will er mal drüber hinwegsehen. Läuft bei ihm.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Straubing

Schöne Lage in einer ruhigen Lage in Straubing. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und alles ist vorhanden. 3 Schlafzimmer sind klasse. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
