The house's garden is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a stone path and a swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor seating area with sofas and table for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The house and its gardens were conceived and designed by a celebrated architect from the Costa Verde region, prioritizing the guests' luxury and comfort. The house has 4 bikes for those who want to exercise and tour the city.

The interior of the house has an open atmosphere , a large space, joining the living room and the dining room in a balanced way. The living room has a TV space to enjoy great programming, movies and series through Netflix, Amazon Prime or you can listen to your favorite music on Spotify.

The kitchen is an equally splendid environment, in an American style, it mixes rustic furniture with modern appliances, including fridge, cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine.

The house has 5 magnificent suites, two on the first floor with the first having 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds; two suites on the second floor with 1 king bed each and 1 guest house attached to the main house with 1 double bed. For groups over 10 people, the house has 2 mattresses and 1 sofa bed that increases the capacity up to 14 guests. All suites are air conditioned and have an excellent view of the garden.

Far beyond everything the house has, the city offers several cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities, lovely beaches and a great opportunity to step back in time knowing the city's history and its imposing monuments that delight all visitors.
