Accommodation description:
About 500 m above the village centre of Kappl is this lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor. It features a private entrance, for the necessary privacy, and a spacious living room where you can socialise. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the Paznaun Valley mountains. Luxury and privacy in a peaceful location!
The ski bus stops almost in front of the door and takes you to the nearby Diasbahn in Kappl or to the lifts in the well-known ski resorts of Ischgl, Galtür and See. You can also walk directly to the slopes of the Diasbahn, which is about 200 m from the house. If snow conditions are good, you can even ski right up to the front door. The 2024/25 winter sports season in Kappl ends on 30 March 2025 due to the new construction of the Diasbahn. However, guests can divert to the ski resorts of See and Ischgl, which are easily accessible by ski bus
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
