Spacious and practical two-story mountain house located in the upper part of the exclusive Las Pendientes neighborhood in San Martín de los Andes. Nestled in a native lenga forest with panoramic views of the Andes Mountains, it is ideal for families or groups who prioritize tranquility and a connection with Patagonian nature.



The property is part of “Las Pendientes Ski Village,” a mountain setting located 22 km from the city and at an altitude of 1,500 meters, offering unique landscapes, privacy, and year-round experiences.

On the upper level, the living and dining area connects to a terrace equipped with a grill, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. The lower level features three bedrooms: a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), all with closets and good natural ventilation.

The house has Wi-Fi and parking space on the property. Access is via the neighborhood's internal shuttle (at an additional cost), for both check-in and check-out. If arriving in your own vehicle, you must leave it in the assigned parking area and continue your journey by shuttle.

Access to the neighborhood is via a mountain road. During the winter, check-in/check-out is exclusively via the neighborhood's internal snow shuttle at an additional cost. If arriving in your own vehicle, you must leave it in the parking area 250 meters away.
