pas de terrasse! beaucoup top chaud comme location. pas d'aspirateur fonctionnel. J'ai demandé un changement non effectué. L'accès à la piscine pas du tout indiqué dans le book ni le numéro d'appartement. Bref pas stisfaite du tout et je ne repasserai par vous la prochaine fois alors que c'était la 4ème fois que je passais par vos services; Très déçue, aucune humanité; bref tout le monde s'en fiche!
