Quite neighborhood with many international young families. 5 doors down from the elementary school. 15 minute access to many sports and entertainment points in Frisco: The Star, Rough Rider Stadium, Frisco Library and Discovery, FC Dallas Stadium, Frisco Square, Downtown Frisco, Legacy West, Stonebriar Mall, Universal Studio's Kids Resort, Frisco PGA Headquarters, Little Elm Beach (Sand Volleyball), Grandscape in the Colony and many others. 22 minutes to the Airport and 40 Minutes to ATT Stadium.
