In the comfortably furnished living room, a two-person sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table with four chairs create a cosy space for spending time together. The living area is equipped with a TV and offers direct access to the furnished west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.

The master bedroom features a double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and a spacious built-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), built-in closets, and a TV. For an additional guest, the relaxation room offers a comfortable single bed (90x200 cm) and a built-in closet—the ideal retreat for relaxation.

**BATHROOM AND GUEST TOILET**
The light-filled bathroom is a shower room equipped with a toilet and a hair dryer. Additionally, a separate guest toilet is available in the attic for added convenience.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A spacious entryway with a coat closet and storage closet is located in the entrance area. The storage closet is equipped with a high chair and a travel cot (without a mattress). A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the house. A parking space and bicycle storage ensure convenient local mobility.
