Gute Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung war im Prinzip in Ordnung. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Mängel, der in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnung waren aber auch nicht zu übersehen. Bei der Eingangstür war das Schloss locker, weil eine Schraube nicht richtig funktionierte. Man musste immer abschließen, damit die Tür fest einklinkt. Ansonsten blieb die Tür offen und klapperte im wind. Die nächste Tür kwietsche entsetzlich. Hier fehlt eindeutig ein Tropfen Öl. In der Wohnung klemmt ein Fenster zur Straße. Lässt sich nicht schließen. Der Backofen schließt nicht richtig. Der Plissee Vorhang im Schlafzimmer ist unten defekt. Im Bad ist ein Leuchtmittel defekt. Das Kopfkissen im oberen Zimmer war voller Flecke. Die Forte aus der rechten Seite von der Straße aus gesehen ist total marode. Im Dachzimmer ist es viel zu warm und die Durchlüftung ist mangelhaft. Wegen der Lage zum Strand und der zentralen Lage im Ort aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt erträgliche Mängel. Es muss dringend ein Hausmeister notwendig.

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage. Zur Seebrücke sind es ca. 300m, alle Läden, Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeit in nächster Umgebung. In der Wohnung gibt es ausreichen Platz für 4 Personen.

Schöne FeWo mit Platz für vier Erwachsene. Zwei davon sollten sportlich sein, weil eine steile Wendeltreppe zum zweiten Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss führt. Dort ist es sehr geräumig. Fast wie ein zweites Apartment. Die Lage ist fantastisch: zentral und dennoch (nachts) ruhig.
