The building is located directly across from the spa gardens, about 100 metres from the beach, and just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and charming boutiques invite you to linger.<br>The apartment has 2 rooms and measures approx. 53 m². It features high-quality designer flooring in a warm, light colour scheme. The bathroom is tiled in anthracite. All windows can be completely darkened with blackout curtains.
