Preis-leistungs-verhältnis stimmt.
Eine Waschmaschine wäre wünschenswert. Leider ist das WLAN sehr instabil.
Verbesserungspotential wäre noch in dem Anbau bzw. Nebenraum außerhalb wo man die Fahrräder abstellt. Gerade wenn da viele Fahrräder oder andere Sachen drin stehen, ist es doch sehr umständlich alles zur Seite zu räumen, da der Eingang auch sehr schmal ist..
Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Waren zum wiederholten mal in der Wohnung 4 im "Haus Hagelstein Staben"und das .........nicht ohne Grund. Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach nur "genial". Allerdings müssten in der Whg. unbedingt die beiden Sitze im Wohnzimmer erneuert werden. Man"n" sitzt dort mittlerweile fast auf den Federn. Trotz allem fühlen wir uns sehr sehr wohl und freuen uns schon total auf dieses Jahr September und haben schon eine weitere Buchung und Anzahlung für den Juni 2026 geleistet. Bis die dahin und liebe Grüsse aus Soest von ....... Marc Nicolaus und Edith Heiermeier.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ab durch den Garten und man ist am Strand. Noch näher am Strand geht nicht. Die Promenade ist auch sehr schön Bäcker und andere Lebensmittel Einkäufe sind Fußläufig zu erreichen.Kommen gerne wieder.
Unser Sohn wollte nicht mehr weg.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind super. Noch näher an den Strand geht nicht ,man ist in zwei Minuten am Wasser. Unser Sohn wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Die Promenade ist auch nicht weit weg.

Näher zum Strand geht einfach nicht! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Wenn es was zu bemängeln gibt ist es die extreme Hellhörigkeit in Haus und die Kopfkissen waren recht platt . Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mega!
