3 bedroom beautiful home in Nexø

Inviting, beautiful wooden house on a large natural plot, only 500 m from the sandy beach and 400 m from Dueodde golf course.



You will spend many pleasant hours in the living room, where you can watch TV, play games, listen to the radio or music and relax in winter with the crackling flames in the stove. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with underfloor heating it is a pleasure to prepare food for the vacation community. The large bathroom of the house has underfloor heating and a whirlpool for thorough relaxation after an active day of vacation. There is a loft for the children. In the utility room with underfloor heating you will find a washing machine and dryer.



Much of your vacation may take place on the partially covered wooden terrace with lounge furniture (e.g. sun loungers) and a barbecue for cozy evenings. There is also a terrace facing the morning sun, perfect for enjoying breakfast and coffee. The children will love the swing and the sandbox. The house offers you a carport for parking.



The house is just a short walk from the beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach of Dueodde, where you can spend many an hour swimming or building sandcastles. You also live close to the golf course, or the Dueodde lighthouse with its restaurant, kiosk, etc. The area is very suitable for long, beautiful walks. Some of the most famous destinations are the Rokkestenen or the charming towns of Snogebæk, Svaneke etc. The children will love the Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the national island troll.
