The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. Due to the large panoramic windows, the vacation home is particularly bright and friendly. In the living room on the first floor you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fire of the fireplace stove. Firewood is available for a fee. Entertainment is provided by 500 mbit fiber optic WLAN, a Smart TV and internet radio.



But not only in the house you can spend wonderful hours. On warm summer days, the terrace with high-quality garden furniture offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and prepare delicious meals on the grill.



A private boat mooring is available for rent through the local service office for a fee.



In the immediate vicinity of the Zerpenschleuse harbor village are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses. Zerpenschleuse is located in an area rich in forests and water and offers many opportunities for recreation. Hiking and cycling are just a few ways to pass the time here. By car you can reach many other tourist attractions in the area. Information can be found in the guest folder in the house.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 66.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
