Marriott’s MountainSide is a fractional ownership resort operated with Marriott’s signature quality and consistency. All studio villas feature similar layouts, furnishings, and amenities. Unit location, floor, and views vary, and while preferences may be requested, they cannot be guaranteed.

Located directly at the base of Park City Mountain, the resort offers true ski-in/ski-out access and is just a short walk or shuttle ride to Historic Main Street.
