The landlord Alistair was great! Being from the US, I didn’t have a Type F or Type C power outlet adapter to fit the wall outlets and he offered to bring one. It was a good bit short stay. Michael

Pros: La casa è molto curata, c'è tutto quello che vorresti in una vacanza. Nel residence due piscine e due palestre. Pochi chilometri ensei ad Estepona, vivace paese di mare con una enorme spiaggia. Supermercati nelle vicinanze.'spiaggia a raggiungibile a piedi. Bella la passeggiata a mare. Quando completata, saranno chilometri fronte mare ottimi per correre la mattina.

Pros: firstly let me say that Allistair is a genuine very helpful person and landlord, nothing any bother . The property is very comfortable , well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment etc , with the tv which has netflix and internet tv, as well as the terrace which has a table and chairs along with sun loungers and tub chairs, finished off with awnings to keep sun off if required. Air Con does the job fine although i preferred to keep the patio doors open for fresh air. The complex itself is very well maintained and a pleasure to go downstairs to the pool, which has a constant life guard on duty .The sun loungers at the pool are descent quality. The pool itself was very comfortable temp when we were here in June . Not cold like some pools tend to be. We did not have a car but a ten minute stroll takes you to the main road where we used the bus service to Estopena ( about 15-20 mins on bus ) and going in the other direction to Marbella , stopping off on route at San Pedro and Puerto Banus. ( about 40 mins all the way to Marbella ) service every 30 mins and a couple of euros each way. Both bus stops have a shelter . Plenty of the large supermarket types in each direction within 10-15 mins stopping pretty much right outside. Locally we found the small shop fine for water , wine and beer, beside it is a very nice deli , which is first class. Around the corner from these two is a very Spanish tapas bar , again food very good and well priced, These are all about 15 mins stroll from the property. My holiday was most enjoyable and relaxing , and as above if you want to be in the hub of things and dont have a car then the bus will take you there. We found ordering take away food to be delivered to the property no prob either , we had both Indian and Chinese. If you want to be right in the middle of things without a small travel as described above then not for you, but if the above ticks your boxes then i would not hesitate in recommending this property,

Pros: Het complex is keurig onderhouden. Ook appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien (snelle WIFI). Communicatie met de verhuurder was ook prima. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk met Marbella en Estepona centrum op 10 min rijden. Op (korte) loopafstand van het complex is weinig te beleven.

Pros: Wir haben 2 wunderschöne, ruhige Ferienwochen verbracht. Nicht zuletzt, da die confortable Ferienwohnung voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Ganz besonders geschätzt haben wir die Tiefgarage und den Personenlift von Garage bis zur Wohnung im 2. Stock. Super auch für ältere Leute! Ein richtiges Plus war auch die perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage und das grosse und saubere Schwimmbad. Wir werden wieder kommen.
