Great property in quaint Duck Key.

The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor toys (kayak, paddle board, snorkeling board) were used every day.

The utensils in kitchen were sparse, no spatula, 1 frying pan was not usable other one was stainless and hard to clean, no cookie sheet. Master bedroom had an odd black, possibly mold, around vent and ceiling fan. Otherwise, location great, villa is very cute, could use update on paint
