With six bathrooms, each equipped with showers and bathtubs, mornings and evenings are a breeze. The cool interior with high end furniture and decoration and a fully equipped kitchen, keeps things comfortable year-round. Basement includes gym, ping pong table, foosball table and wall wide tv screening. Amazing large exterior space with pickleball and basketball court and heated pool. Unique space to enjoy the summer in the Hamptons, just 10 mins away from East Hampton and Sag Harbor and a 5 min. walk to the beach.
