Not far from the Rhine, in the heart of a protected landscape area, lies our former farmstead in a secluded location—historically known as “Königsgut.”

Our “Königsgut 3” holiday rental is spacious at approximately 90 m² with an open floor plan and accommodates 3–4 guests in 2 bedrooms—in a modern setting, featuring high-quality bathroom amenities, including a rain shower.
There is also an air conditioner in the master bedroom—which can cool other parts of the apartment as needed. In winter, you’ll enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating—all powered by environmentally friendly geothermal energy and solar panels.

A 25-square-meter terrace directly in front of each apartment (with side privacy screens) is available to our guests—with a fantastic panoramic view, it promises pure peace and relaxation!

The farm is located right next to the towns of Bedburg-Hau and Emmerich am Rhein. The cities of Kleve and Kalkar (city centre) are about 12 km away—and you can cross the Dutch border after just about 10 km (S’Heerenberg). The larger cities of Arnhem and Nijmegen are also not far away, just 38 km away. In the mood for a day trip to the beach? That’s possible too—after just a 2-hour drive, you’ll be in Noordwijk, or in Amsterdam after 1.5 hours.

There’s plenty to see locally as well: the historic old town of Kalkar, the “city of swans” Kleve, the Wissel Dunes with a beautiful swimming beach on Lake Wissel, Moyland Castle, and much more! The region is ideal for long bike rides—with excellent signage and well-maintained trails.
