Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Remove all personal items • Dispose of trash & food properly • Turn off lights/appliances • Lock all doors/windows (be sure to check upon exiting) • Used towels may be left hanging in the bathroom
Remove all used sheets & pillowcases from beds, including the sofa bed (if used) placing neatly on top of the mattress to assist us in cleaning the linens and preparing the bedding for the next stay.
Return furniture and amenities to their original locations. Notify owner of any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns during your stay. Pls treat our property w/the same care you would your own home

We had a great stay and enjoyed exploring the Hamptons from here. Owners were wonderful to work with and thoughtful. Very spacious and well appointed basement with separate entrance, good lighting and great pool. Would stay here again.
