Case Felice is located in the medieval town of Bale, about 12 km south of Rovinj, and only 6 km from the coast with beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. The stylishly restored stone house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on a living area of approx. 110 m².
The spacious living/dining area with the modern, open country kitchen is located on the first floor of the house, as is a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower/WC. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Sun loungers are also available for guests in the small garden with seating area. Here you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer evenings.
The old town of Bale with its flowery, dreamy alleyways is just a few minutes' walk from the house.
