Gastgeber war freundlich. Die Wohnung in Ordnung. 2 Sachen: Balkontür im unteren Bereich schließt nicht richtig. Zieht sehr stark. Der Abzieher in der Dusche müsste mal gewechselt werden da doch sehr starke Schimmelbildung in den Zwischenstäden. Sonst alles ok.

Super Wohnung, merkwürdige Vermietpraxis

Insgesamt empfehlenswerte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist teilweise fleckig. Die Geschirruntersetzer waren verdreckt und sind von uns nicht genutzt worden. Die Agentur Hegger Ferienwelt hat einen merkwürdigen Eindruck auf uns gemacht: - Der Zeitpunkt der Schlüsselübergabe wurde per Mail um eine Std. nach vorne verlegt, mit der Option sie telefonisch wieder nach hinten verschieben zu können. - Der Rückgabeort für die Wohnungsschlüssel wurde dreimal hintereinander erklärt mit der Aufforderung ihn sofort aufzusuchen und sich ihn gut zu merken. - Keine Erklärung dazu, wo sich der Stellplatz für das Auto befindet und wie man hin gelangen kann. - Keine Erklärung dazu, wo der Abfall entsorgt werden kann / muss. - Kein Spülmittel vorhanden. Wäre schön gewesen, das vorher zu wissen. - Ene Rolle Toilettenpapier, für eine Woche. Auch das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.

Scharbeutz Ferienwohnung familiengeeignet

Wohnung bietet genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, Kinderbett für 3. Kind bzw. Kleinkind kann im Schlafzimmer aufgestellt werden (Platz vorhanden); Küche mit Esstisch und 5 Stühlen im Wohnbereich ausreichend, Töpfe und Pfannen müssten teilweise ausgetauscht werden. Separate Toilette neben Bad mit Dusche angenehm. Leider ist die Heizung ausgefallen, was im Februar leider unangenehm war (Zimmertemperatur nur max. 15 Grad Celsius). Bei Anreise mit viel Gepäck ist zu bedenken, dass man aus der Tiefgarage eine Auffahrt hinauf laufen muss und die Wohnung im 3. OG liegt (nur Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl).

Toller Kurzurlaub

Also erst einmal muss ich sagen, dass die Lage von der Wohnung wirklich fantastisch ist! Es sind wirklich nur 80m zum Strand und ca. 250 m zur Strandpromenade und Kurpark. Direkt im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation zur Vermietung ist super gelaufen. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner - Punkt ist, dass die Ecken der Wohnung nicht richtig gesäubert waren. Es gab ein paar Spinnweben, die unseren Urlaub und die Erholung nicht geschmälert haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
