In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers enough space for 4 people. The high-quality furnishings in simple colours, combined with bright rooms and rustic old wood give the flat an alpine charm.

The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a sunny, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or enjoy the surrounding mountain panorama.

On the ground floor is the living and dining area with integrated, open-plan kitchen. An inviting seating area with corner bench allows you to sit together comfortably at the dining table. A sofa set provides the perfect place to put your feet up or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The sofa also pulls out to provide another place to sleep.

The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and all other common utensils needed for cooking.

Adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with a ground-level shower and a bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.
