The holiday rental is located on the first row of the spa promenade between "Café Wichtig" and "Restaurant Gosch." The pedestrian zone, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, is right on your doorstep.

From the balcony, you can see the ocean through the pine forest, as well as the Timmendorfer Spa Park and the Trinkkurhalle.

Living

The Timm’s holiday apartment, with its striking and distinctive look, is superbly equipped and located on the 3rd floor, which is easily accessible by lift. The high-quality couch in the living room invites you to relax in comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, leaving nothing to be desired. The adjacent dining area is cleverly integrated into the living room. The bedroom features a cosy, large double bed (1.80 m wide), and a wardrobe with a lift-up shelf provides ample storage space for your luggage. You can access the furnished balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. Thanks to the patio heater and awning, you can comfortably watch the hustle and bustle on the spa promenade from here. The modern bathroom with a large, comfortable shower and toilet, as well as the separate guest bathroom, round out this stylish holiday apartment.

Entertainment

The living room and bedroom are each equipped with a smart TV. Wi-Fi access and DAB+ radio are also part of the entertainment package.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €2.00 and €3.00 per night per person.
