Shops, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes on foot, church, banks and doctors are 15 minutes away, the airport just 4 km.



The attic apartment is 38 m² in size and offers space for up to four people. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and kettle as well as dining area for four people. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and satellite TV are available. Pets are allowed (max. 2), a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The 10 m² terrace offers sea view, parasol, table and chairs for four people as well as private use. A communal washing machine is located with the landlord. Parking facilities are available directly at the property.
