This spacious split-level 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and entertainment — just minutes from Lake Naomi, Kalahari Resort, Camelback Mountain, and nearby golf courses.

Main Entrance & Layout
Enter through the main door to a split staircase connecting both floors. Head upstairs to the main living area with 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom or downstairs to the entertainment level with the additional 4th bedroom and another full bathroom.

UPPER LEVEL
Open-Concept Living Area – A warm, inviting space combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Living Room – Gas fireplace, Smart TV, and cozy seating for family movie nights.
Kitchen & Dining – Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. The dining area comfortably seats everyone.
Sunroom – A true highlight of the home with mountain-inspired design, large dining table, and comfortable lounge seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.
Balcony – Accessible from the main living area, featuring a BBQ grill and sun lounges for outdoor relaxation.

• Bedroom 2: Full + Twin bed with closet
• Bedroom 3: Full bed with closet

Bathroom – Full bathroom with shower located in the hallway.

LOWER LEVEL
Movie Room – Large Smart TV, board games, books, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Please, note that the fireplace in the Movie is decorative and it cannot be used.
Bedroom 4 – Queen-size bed, dresser, and Smart TV.
Bathroom – Full bathroom with shower.
Game Room – Ping pong, poker table, cornhole, and more — with direct walkout access to the backyard.
Laundry Room – Washer and dryer available for guest use at no extra cost.

Access to Lake Naomi Club amenities requires a valid Temporary Membership (TM) pass. If you’d like to take advantage of these exclusive amenities, please message us before booking to confirm availability and eligibility.

Without Purchased passes, you will not have access to any of the community Amenities including Lakes and Clubhouse.

Contact us directly for current availability, stay requirements, and details on how to purchase your pass through the Lake Naomi Club.

Please, note that we have the right to revoke your passes if they were purchased without our approval.


Optional Temporary Lake Naomi Club Membership

Our home may offer the option to purchase a temporary Lake Naomi Club membership (minimum one-week, Saturday–Saturday) — depending on seasonal availability. If passes are available, payment is made directly to the Lake Naomi Club. Of course, this is completely optional — you’re always welcome to enjoy the home, nearby public spaces, and all the wonderful local attractions without a membership!

A temporary membership gives you access to the exclusive Lake Naomi community amenities, including:

• A beautiful 277-acre non-motorized lake perfect for swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, and fishing.

• Seven sandy beaches, an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, and a second outdoor pool featuring a fun aquatic climbing wall.

• A 9-hole executive golf course, tennis center, and clubhouse with restaurant and pub (greens and court fees apply).

• Boat rentals (canoes, kayaks, rowboats) available for members.


You’ll also have access to the Logan Steele Community Center, featuring:

• Indoor pool with zero-depth entry, kids’ splash area, and adult whirlpool.

• Steam room, sauna, and fully equipped fitness center.

• Game room, indoor tennis and basketball courts, café, toddler play area, and outdoor playgrounds.
