The space
Located in a well maintained residential building, Dream apartment is well suited for tourists, families, and solo travelers. Our apartment is smartly designed and loaded with all creature comforts. The bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioner, a king-size bed, double-door wardrobes. You are sure to fall in love with the wall-length mirror. The convertible sofa bed in the living room can accommodate surprise guests or friends. A Smart 32’’ LED TV is deployed in the living room for entertainment duties, be it your favorite movie or sport. We offer unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi to facilitate work from home. You will love the neat touch of ambient lights, which can be set in various colors to suit your mood. Should you wish to cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas connection, microwave oven, fridge, chimney, water purifier, mixer, utensils, and crockery. A fully automatic washing machine and iron add to your convenience. The apartment being on ground floor is perfectly comfortable for senior citizens as well.

Locality and area:
Our Dream apartment is located in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West, which is a prime residential locality well-suited for families, business executives, tourists, and solo travelers. Malad metro station (Mith Chowki), is just 10 minutes from our apartment. There is a beautiful garden for your early morning jog just outside the building. The market is just 2 minutes' walking distance where you can buy your daily essentials. The area is lively with multiple restaurants, eating joints, and cafes. You can binge on Mumbai's traditional street food like Vada-Pao, Pani Puri; or walk into Domino's which is a minute away from the house. Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and all online apps deliver food and essentials 24 hours. One of Mumbai's famous malls, Infiniti-2 and Inorbit mall are 15 minutes away. Banks, ATM, general stores, and medical facilities are all in the vicinity.

Traveling:
Ola/Uber/Rapido are available 24 hours.
Local bus stop is right outside the building.
Mith Chowki, (Malad West) and Dhanukarwadi (Kandivali West)Metro station is 10 minutes
Malad Local train station is 15 minutes.

Guest access
Guests would have access to the entire apartment. There would be nobody else staying in the apartment. There would be complete privacy. Our housekeeping personnel would visit the apartment every alternate day for cleaning and maintenance purpose

Other things to note
* Housekeeping is conducted every alternate day by our trustworthy caretaker.
*The electricity bill cap is set at
- 12 units a day.
- 85 units a week
- 360 units a month (for monthly reservations)
Above that, the extra units will be charged at Rs. 10 per unit.
* Guests are humbly requested to switch off the electricals when not in use or while going out of the apartment.
* A Wi-Fi customer service number will be provided to the guests. In case of any disruption in the internet service, guests can directly call the service provider
