Your holiday home is located about a 5-minute drive from the town centre and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental. If you’d like to give your car a break during your holiday, you can ride the ski bus for free. The stop is located about 200 metres from the holiday rental.

You’ll love the sunny location with views of Itter Castle and the Buchacker.



Schmiderer Holiday Rental:

Our holiday rental is new and lovingly furnished with all the amenities and comforts you’re used to at home. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances—a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Our bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a shower, and the toilet is separate.
The holiday rental has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The living room features a pull-out couch where a child can sleep if needed. 
You can conveniently park your car in our garage. It is located in the building across the street, about 50 metres from the holiday home.



On-site costs: Included: electricity, water, heating, carport, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Not included: Local tax. Pets upon request—25 € per night surcharge



Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
