Schöne, großzügige Wohnung, etwas abseits von allem

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft voll und ganz zu. Und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist neu eingerichtet und liegt leise und sonnengeschützt (heizt sich nicht auf), nur etwas entfernt von allem.
