Hora Feliz is a single-level adobe home in El Prado, perfectly positioned between historic Taos and the Taos Ski Valley, with sweeping views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the high-desert valley. Warm Southwestern character runs throughout, from viga-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning kiva fireplace to handcrafted furnishings and local art.



Designed for families and groups, the home flows easily from the open kitchen and dining area to comfortable living spaces and out to a fully fenced yard built for relaxing. Mountain views fill nearly every window, while the private hot tub, dedicated game room, and inviting outdoor spaces make it easy to gather, unwind, and settle into the rhythm of Northern New Mexico.

The dedicated game room is a favorite for families and groups, with a ping-pong table, board games, and comfortable seating for downtime. It also houses the private washer and dryer, and can double as a cozy retreat for kids or extra guests with its queen sofa bed. • Park up to 3 vehicles in the open driveway. Additional RV parking with an electrical hookup is available.

• In winter, AWD or 4WD is recommended for travel to the Taos Ski Valley and on snowy high-desert roads.

Hora Feliz is located in El Prado, a quiet community just north of Taos with open high-desert views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. You're minutes from historic Taos Plaza and well positioned for day trips to the Taos Ski Valley, Taos Pueblo, and the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach the home and explore the Taos area. In winter, AWD or 4WD is advised for mountain roads to the ski valley.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Dogs are welcome (up to 2, around 60 lbs each) with prior approval and any applicable pet fee. The yard is fully fenced; please supervise pets and pick up after them.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted.

• This is a single-level home with no stairs.

• The home does not have air-conditioning; the high-desert climate stays comfortable, and the home heats with radiant/hydronic heat. Fans are available.
