This home has a WiFi-connected mesh system. The connection is suitable for streaming television, movies through phones and computers, as well as Zoom meetings, etc. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. NO FIRES ALLOWED, during May-October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle; 2 vehicles upon request. This home is comprised of two unites with a shared wall. Only one unit is available through us (back house). The front unit is not rented, and at times owner occupied. County permit number: STRO-40115 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
