Lake of The Ozarks 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo

Adorable quietly set condo with a ton of things to do within a 10 minute drive.
Newly renovated 2 Bed, 2 Bath Condo on the water. Fewer than 5 steps up to the front door & electronic keypad code to get in. Private gated entrance, beautiful newer pool overlooking the main channel, super peaceful balcony tucked back into the cove with a grill & 6 person table. Sleeps 2 comfortably in both beds, air mattress in spare bedroom closet with extra sheets & comfy couch as well. Recommend no more than 8 people (2 per room, 2 on couch & 2 on air mattress). Plenty of bath towels but need to bring your own toilet paper & paper towels.
We offer wifi & have a small washer and dryer for use in unit but will need to bring your own detergent. There is a gas station right as you pull into the complex for easy purchase of gas, food, ice, drinks, or toiletries. There is a dishwasher as well as a fully stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, pots & pans etc.).
About a 10 minute drive to the strip. Lots of people enjoy fishing off the railing down by the lake but are required to have a fishing license & bring your own fishing equipment. Fishing equipment is not to be kept in the condo. There is a roped off area to swim in the lake as well as an Indoor hot tub and shared Pool and a beautiful big outdoor pool overlooking the main channel. There's a boat ramp easily accessible in the complex to everyone & you are able to rent a slip from Lake Ozark Realty & Rentals. Trailer parking is available at cost through the front office.
