The bottom line is my family and I had an amazing time at this property! We had a dog, a 1-year-old, multiple other children and adults of all ages. The property is clean, but could benefit from a "deep clean". There were a few minor disturbances such as broken refrigerator shelves and the landscapers ran over extension cords leading to the fire pit and the hose, however, the second we brought this up the property manager they had this addressed the next day! The views are incredible, and some of the best beds any of us had on a rental. There is a lot of natural light in the bedrooms in the morning, I would suggest blackout pull down shades, but you do also get a great view out of it. We would absolutely rent again. I would put this more of a 4.5 than 5.0 but it deserved a round-up. The grills also work very well, which was a benefit with the beautiful weather. And the fire pit area was the highlight of our time... thank you!
