NEW TO VACATION RENTALS 2026! This beautiful, private retreat offers breathtaking lake views and a spacious dock complete with swim platform - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the water. Nestled toward the back of Jackson Branch Cove at the 4 mile marker, this property provides easy access to the main channel and popular attractions, while still offering calm waters and minimal boat traffic that make for an enjoyable stay.

With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps 16, with room to accommodate more. The main level features a primary suite with a king bed, an additional twin daybed with trundle, and a private ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a spacious great room with a wall of windows providing stunning lake views and a separate game area complete with pool table and dart board - perfect for gathering and making memories. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and a second kitchen provides added convenience with an additional fridge and oven, ideal for larger groups. The main level also includes another full bathroom and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find 4 more bedrooms, 3 with king beds and 1 with two sets of twin bunks, all offering a view of the lake. This level also includes another full bathroom, two separate vanity areas with sinks, and a cozy living space with a pull out sofa sleeper.

Take a short stroll down to the dock to fully embrace lake life. Guests have access to 2 boat slips (12x36 with lift for pontoon, and 10x34 with v-hull lift) and a swim platform. Whether you're here for boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the views, this house offers the perfect balance of comfort, fun, and tranquility. The Mimosa house was set up perfectly for a large group (we had 16). There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, lots of seating for meal times, a whole extra kitchen for meal prep, and a large gathering area for our whole family. The dock was great for swimming and it wasn't too many steps to get down to the water.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live on the lake and we’re having a large family reunion. This house was big enough for many of the family to stay. Also had good meeting and play areas.
