Spacious vacation apartment with private entrance in a quiet location.

This spacious, fully furnished 80-square-meter vacation rental is located in the basement of a single-family home and has its own entrance. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The large living area is divided into a dining and TV area. From there, you can step out onto the huge terrace, which offers a beautiful view of our lovely English-style garden with many old trees, a garden pond, and shady spots to relax. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and a washing machine. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Later check-in is possible by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Dogs are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5 euros per night). A crib is available upon request (5 euros per stay).
