The house is approximately 100 square metres in size and is located on a private road along Lake Luckow. With its 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the upper floor) and 2 bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 6 people. It is modern, bright, and tastefully furnished, is fully heated by underfloor heating, and features a bio-sauna and a wood-burning stove as highlights. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds

The large dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The living area features a wood-burning stove. Additional amenities here include an LED TV (satellite), a Blu-ray player, and a radio/CD system. From the corner sofa, you have a beautiful view of the lake through the large arched window. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to one of the two terraces, where you’ll find plenty of patio furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of dishes. A dishwasher, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and a multifunction oven (convection, etc.), as well as a microwave and a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment, round out the kitchen. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a large toaster are standard.

The lower bathroom features a spacious sauna and a very large, comfortable walk-in shower area with a rain shower (1.00 x 1.60 m).

The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a sufficiently large closet.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The large bedroom there has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a cosy reading chair. There is space here to set up a cot (provided in the house); the other bedroom upstairs has two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m wide). Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe with a mirror.

New starting in summer 2026: You can now use the swimming beach at the neighbouring campground, located right on the lake!

The upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as plenty of storage space

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the storage room. A high chair is also available there.

This is a smoke-free home. Pets are not allowed.

The bedroom windows and other windows are equipped with mosquito screens.

A natural swimming area is located just a few metres from the house.

A restaurant and a beauty salon with tanning beds are within sight. The nearest stores—such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, and off-licence—are less than a ten-minute walk away.

Sternberg’s historic city centre, with its many small shops, is about 1 km away. Schwerin and the Baltic Sea coast are approximately 35 km away.
