Wohlenberg is located on the Wohlenberger Wiek with fine sandy beaches and a child-friendly shallow water area. A children's play area, a surf and kite school, a golf course and numerous smaller localities are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. Schwerin or Wismar are also within easy reach and, like Lübeck or Rostock, offer beautiful day trip destinations.
