Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful nights—the spacious bunk bed (bottom bunk 1.40 m wide, top bunk 1.00 m) is especially popular with younger guests, while the other bedroom features a cosy double bed.<br><br>The open-concept living area invites you to relax with a comfortable longchair sofa, dining area, TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher makes self-catering a breeze.<br><br>The spacious bathroom offers comfort and plenty of room. The south-facing balcony with a sea view is the highlight of the apartment—here you can enjoy the view of the water with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.<br><br>Private parking right next to the building, a bike garage, and a washing machine and dryer available from the owners upon request—everything is ready for you.<br><br>A private path from the property takes you to the beach and promenade in just a few steps. To do so, book the additional apartments—Windrose 1–3 and 5–6.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> With a direct south-facing view of the Baltic Sea, the “Windrose” guesthouse in Pelzerhaken is situated on a hill surrounded by mature trees. The Baltic Sea beach, which you can reach directly via a private staircase, is just 100 m away. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the promenade are accessible via barrier-free paths in just a few minutes. <br><br>In the well-maintained and newly renovated “Windrose” guesthouse, six cosy holiday apartments with a terrace or balcony are available to our guests. The property stands out for its proximity to the Baltic Sea beach and its south-facing view of the sea. Use of a washing machine is available upon request.<br><br>Apartments 1–3 are located on the ground floor and feature their own terrace with a sea view. In front of the terraces is a lawn area, part of which can also be used communally. All terraces have their own beach chair.<br><br>Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor; apartments 5 and 6 are on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase. Apartments 4, 5, and 6 feature a south-facing balcony with a sea view. <br><br>Each apartment comes with a parking space. Bicycles can be securely stored in a lockable garage. <br><br>The town of Pelzerhaken is part of the port city of Neustadt in Holstein in the Bay of Lübeck. A long promenade lined with small shops and restaurants connects the town’s many different beaches.
