Experience the peace and comfort of country living on the edge of the city limits. Two homes share a ten acre parcel with gated access. Both are very private. This 2 bedroom home is a newer modern farmhouse with heated cement flooring and French accents throughout including a bidet toilet. A large fenced yard (perfect for a pet) with a private hot tub. Covered porches front and rear. Great star gazing. 10 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, and 15 minutes to Calistoga in the Napa Valley. Countless outdoor activities, wineries and restaurants. 7-night minimum stay, discount for longer stays. Award winning Oliver's Market is just 1 mile away. Remodeling your home and don't want to rough it at a hotel? This is your place. For nature lovers we have a native animal corridor adjacent to the yard. Deer and turkeys have access to the large acre parcels around us. Outdoor security cameras are present that do not intrude on your privacy. Electric car charging from the solar system with battery backup. If the power goes out you will not even know it. A home office/workout room with a Peloton stationary bike.
