Summer Lease - 4-bedroom house in Truckee, minutes from downtown

We're offering a summer rental of our fully furnished home in Gray's Crossing. The house is 3,000 sq ft with empty lots on either side.

May - November available
$6,000/mo including utilities

The house is one house away from the end of a cul-de-sac, and 1 minute off 89 North.
And is only 5 minutes to downtown Truckee.

Rental includes use of Gray's crossing fitness center and pool.

House has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garage, and multiple outdoor spaces.
Amenities include wifi, cable TV, stocked kitchen (all dishes, linens, etc.), bed sheets, towels, storage, and more.

The neighborhood of Gray's Crossing is private, quiet, and has a wonderful paved path, which is wonderful for dogs. The path also goes in and out of the Grey's Crossing Golf course with beautiful views. The house is not on the golf course, which gives it more privacy.
