About this property

My apartment is located near the Belvedere Palace and the Botanical Garden. 20 min by foot to the city center or 5 min by tram 71. 23 minutes to or from the airport by train and close to the main train station. My accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Free garage parking is available. The only disadvantage on the 4th floor without a lift, but that's how you stay fit :-)

bel appartement mais même pas une dosette de café ou thé dans l’appartement que des restes de gel douche dur si vous arrivez dans lasoirée ou un dimanche !!!! tous les magasins sont fermés…..sinon séjour agréable

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Selbst die Treppen in den 4. Stock sind gut machbar.

Ideal location, perfect for two couples

Spent three enjoyable days exploring Vienna, and this was the ideal home-base. Three tram stops from train station, and east access to tram and subway for traveling anywhere in Vienna. Three grocery stores with 5-6 minute walk, as well as various restaurants. Apartment is on the fourth floor, but we are all in our 60s and had no problems.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, ist schön groß, hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert, alles hat ganz einwandfrei geklappt. Wir würden diese schöne Wohnung jederzeit wieder für einen Besuch in Wien buchen!

Wien im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben Wien in der letzten Oktoberwoche sehr genossen! Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Rentenberger!

Stadtbesuch Wien

Sehr gute Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Wien benötigt. Gute Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn an das Stadtzentrum in 10 min. Für die Versorgung sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung mehrere Möglichkeiten vorhanden.

Optimal um Wien zu erkunden

Optimale Lage um Wien zu erkunden. Drei Sterne weil die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ. Das Ambiente der Wohnung wird leider durch viele kaputte Einrichtungsgegenstände wie z.B. eine eingeschlagene Tür oder kaputte Schränke getrübt. Großes plus mit Kleinkind: Hochstuhl und Wickeltisch ist vorhanden

eine schöne Woche in Wien !!!

Selten habe ich einen so aufmerksamen Vermieter kennengelernt: am Anreisetag konnten wir unsere Koffer bereits in die Wohnung bringen, obwohl wir viel zu früh angekommen sind. Alles wurde schnell gereinigt, damit wir die Wohnung auch wirklich beziehen konnten und: wir bekamen höchstpersönlich vom Vermieter noch Duschgel und Spülmittel gebracht, das hätte noch gefehlt ... So einen Service haben wir noch nie gehabt! Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig und prima für eine Familie (auch mit erwachsenen Kindern) geeignet. Toll ist die Nähe zu den Öffis, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für einen Sight-Seeing-Trip bestens geeignet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren mit 3 Personen in dieser schönen Wohnung zu Gast. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. 3 grosse Kleiderschränke bieten mehr als ausreichend Stauraum. Und 3 Fernseher mit Netflix ist schon Luxus!!! Die Betten sind sehr bequem . Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und auch im Bad ist genug Platz. Einziges Manko hier: keine ausreichende Beleuchtung, da wäre ein Licht am Spiegel schön gewesen. Herr Rentenberger war immer zu erreichen und konnte alle Fragen schnell und freundlich klären. Fussläufig zu erreichen ist ein Supermarkt und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen !!!

Gute Lage und Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Gebäude eine Baustelle die aber nicht sehr gestört hat. In einer Stadt ist man ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs und die Handwerker haben nicht so lange gearbeitet. Wir würden nochmal in die Wohnung gehen.

Quiet location

This apartment is “as advertised.” We used the two queen beds (very comfortable) but noticed the couch might be a pullout as well. All appliances worked fine. The location is in a neighborhood close to several different pic locations transportation modes and stations. Martin provided pre-rental information and checked in with us during our stay,

Wohnung gut und solide Gegend

Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Zimmer sind groß, Schlafzimmer tw. ruhig, (das was zur Straße rausgeht bekommt den Bahnverkehr etwas lauter mit, Straßenlärm gar nicht, weil Straße nicht stark befahren). Küche gut, Wohnzimmer auch gut, tw. etwas "abgewohnte" Möblierung. Sonst alles sehr gut organisiert und unkompliziert vom Vermieter, der sich immer hilfsbereit mit Tipps meldete. Danke nochmal!
