Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated with air-condition and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenberg-platz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe embassy district in Vienna.

Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.

Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.

Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.

For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.

ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.

In addition to providing you best quality, inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city, we will also be able to provide other useful information and services to make your journey to Vienna an enjoyable one

great location!

This property had it all - the tram line just outside the door, near Salm Restaurant and Brewery, a couple of blocks from the botanical garden and a few steps to a grocery store. We were able to catch the tram for 2 euros to the historic center to listen to incredible music, shop great shops and eat fantastic food.The kitchen was functional and was the better stocked with dishes and pans and had a clothes washer. The host made time to go over everything with us when we checked in, which was very helpful and he even called a cab for us to catch our train.

Nice, large space

This was a very nice, large, clean space. It was nice that the host met us there to introduce us to the property and let us in. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities and more furniture/luggage racks, lamps in the bedrooms.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment was located next to the tram and train line which makes it so easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was very comfortable for my family of 4. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mani for our stay.

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.

This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.

Fabulous stay in Landstraße!

We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!

Super convenient apt for touring Vienna!

We enjoyed Mani’s apt very much. Very comfortable and convenient Tram right outside, Lidl around the corner, everything you need. Very quiet with windows closed at night. A/C appreciated on warm night. This is a wonderful base for seeing Vienna!

Great Vienna Stay

Our stay here was for a week. The property is located a quick Tram ride away from City Center Vienna. Easy walk to Belvedere and the Botanical Garden. We walked downtown a few times the Tram was just nice when we wanted to rest after a long day. We found the apartment as described and a good spot to rest and relax before our activities. Mani was very responsive and helpful.

Nice lodging & Loca t ion

Property is located a short tram ride from the city center and is as presented in the listing. Mani was right on time and explained everything we needed to know including restaurants such as Lucullus which were great. All in all our stay was very good. For seniors the beds are very low which seems typical in Europe. Vienna is a stunning city architecturally and easy to enjoy from this apartment.

Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre

We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings. We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x

Great Vienna location with transit access to whole city

Perfect for a couple and small children. A little spartan, no dressers. Comfy master bed. Two twin beds noisy when you rolled over, otherwise no problems. Mani was so helpful to give advice. Would return if we returned to Vienna.

Mixed Review

The location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were only 3 thin towels for 3 women. There was trouble with hot water (often cold). The flat was advertised with two bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 toilet in the powder room, and the shower room has no toilet. Kitchen was sparse. Could have used an iron and microwave. There was almost no soap in the kitchen and there were dirty dishes left.

Location Great!

This apartment was perfectly located, central to so much; close to the train station, restaurants, tram stops, etc. it was slightly hard to find as the main entrance is left of a store entrance. The apartment itself was furnished with what we needed. Mani was very accommodating & responsive. The apartment is in a residential building so we were informed to keep noise level down so as to not generate complaints. We were so tired at the end of the day that that was fine by us. I like the separate toilet room from the shower room. That was super helpful for a family with 3 teen girls.

a week in vienna

Mani responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. The apartment is very spacious. It is on a busy street,but the windows really help to keep the sounds down. the location is excellent, close to public transit. We got a 5 day pass for public transit which allows unlimited use anywhere within Vienna. being close to different public transport was a big bonus. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice. I would recommend Mani's place for a stay in Vienna.

Easy and comfortable!

My family and I (husband and 3 young children) enjoyed our stay at Mani’s apartment at Landstrasse. Mani was easy to communicate with, quickly responded and helped us with any questions we had. He met us upon arrival and explained things clearly. The apartment was clean and a nice size for our family. It was also in a great location. We easily got around on the public transportation. We walked to the university’s botanic garden and to get some food as well. Overall, we had a lovely time in Vienna. Mani was a great host! We definitely recommend!

Vienna stay

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from the Belvedere. Its on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. The owner is very responsive. The only negative was that we were reprimanded for being noisy, raising some sort of decibel level in the building, when all we were doing was talking! That was a surprise, maybe the owner should mention this aspect in the listing.
