Lovely apartment and host

Just as described and recently renovated. Klaudia is kind and helpful. The garden will be wonderful in warmer weather. It is outside the city center, that could be a plus or a minus.

Comfortable, quiet apartment

This ground floor apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped and spotless. We cooked on two nights and found the kitchen had everything we needed, and more. For us the location was perfect for visiting nearby family, but the apartment is also only 5 minutes away from the underground station with rapid access to the centre of the city. We appreciated the friendly and helpful welcome from the owner.

Generally pleasant

I stayed at Klaudia’s house with my 2 year old, 4 year old, as well as my mother and mother-in-law. Overall, it was a nice stay. Klaudia’s house is very clean and she has put a lot of thought and care into how it is organized. The location is near numerous public transportation options and it’s relatively quiet. Some things that are good to know are that the washing machine costs 3 Euro per wash. (Surprisingly, this is not mentioned in the listing.) One of the bedrooms doubles as the living room so if someone is sleeping there you don’t have a living room. Also, although fully above ground and with full sized windows on 3 of the 4 sides, it does feel and smell like you’re in a basement. Another important thing to note is that there are NO toys in the backyard. It’s a beautiful backyard and it’s nice to have an outside space for kids, but with nothing to do they got very bored. There is a park nearby but making a trip to the park is not the same as opening up the door and having your kids play while you cook, clean, get ready, etc. If you aren’t planning on spending a lot of time at the house, then this may not be a big deal. However, I had planned to be there quite a bit and visit with family, so it wasn’t ideal for us. There is a park that is about a 5 minute adult walk to the play structures. With your kids this takes at least 10 minutes. It’s a nice park but not great for smaller children and it’s very crowded on the weekends in the summer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Garten - besonders fĂŒr heiße Tage sehr angenehm

WĂ€hrend wir in Wien waren, hatten wir sehr warmes Wetter bis 35°C. DafĂŒr war die Ferienwohnung ideal und zum schlafen angenehm kĂŒhl. Die U-Bahn, BĂ€cker und Supermarkt kann man nach sehr kurzem Weg zu Fuß erreichen. Auch ein Spielplatz ist in der NĂ€he. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Traumhafte Tage in Wien

Einfach nur schön. Damit wĂ€re schon fast alles gesagt. Wir haben uns mit 2 Ehepaaren pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus, eine liebevoll restaurierte alte Villa, die Einrichtung passend und stilsicher, alles das was man braucht. Wenn man dann noch das GlĂŒck hat, wie wir, bei herrlichem Sonnenschein jeden morgen im Garten zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken der fĂŒhlt sich hervorragend aufgehoben und im wahrsten Sinne von der Sonne gekĂŒsst. Die Lage mit fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichenden ÖVP U4 und Linie 52 einfach Top. Ein Supermarkt fĂŒr die tĂ€glichen Brötchen nur 100 m weg. Um die Ecke eine kleine Privatbrauerei (Medel-BrĂ€u) mit leckerem Bier und einer Speisekarte die preislich (Essen 5-12€) kaum sonstwo zu finden ist. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal in Wien und in dieser tollen Wohnung.

Pfingsten in Wien

Wir haben uns ĂŒber die herzliche BegrĂŒĂŸung von Frau SchĂ€fer-Wais sehr gefreut und uns gleich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Super, dass wir auch den toll gepflegten Garten mitbenutzen durften. Problemlos konnten wir von dieser Wohnung Wiens Zentrum und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung wĂ€rmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in super schöner Lage

Family- Wochenende in Wien

Wir haben als Familie mit fĂŒnf Erwachsenen Personen wundervolle fĂŒnf Tage in Wien genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allen Dingen, die im Alltag benötigt werden und noch vielem mehr ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war von Beginn an herzlich und genau so wurden wir empfangen und wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes betreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen und dennoch eine grĂŒne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
