Very nice apartment, as described! A couple of minor suggestions…as it was quite warm during our stay it would have been nice to just have a sheet for bed rather than heavy duvets and an English translation on the washing machine would have been great.
We had a a great stay at the apartment. It was specious, clean, organized and well equipped. There is a supermarket across the street where we got all our supplies and food. We walked or took Bolt to our destinations. The beds are very comfortable and nighttime is very quiet. Communicating with the owners was smooth and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.
The apartment was in a great location, close to walking to the Naschmarkt, Central Vienna, the Central Station, and the subway. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a well-furnished kitchen, washing machine, and such. The check-in process was easy and convenient, and the recommended restaurants were spot on. The host also assisted us with our taxi reservation back to the train station. We would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning.
Light, bright corner unit. Ample windows. Super clean. Livable floor plan. Great hosts. Friendly, helpful, responsive. Spar Grocery store virtually across the street. Excellent restaurants. Short walk to both the Metro/Ubahn line 4 and the Naschmarkt. The entry door to the building needs some TLC. The neighborhood recycling station is below the unit, but if the windows are closed, no problem. Would rent the unit again
Incredible place in a fantastic neighborhood with great restaurants (try Silberwirt!) within 500 meters . 500 yds to subway U4 at Pilgram Street… 2 stops one way to Opera or 4 Stops the other way to Schoenbrunn. The Apt. is immaculate, large, light and beautifully furnished and equipped. Well equipped SPAR supermarket right across the street. Werner and Christine made check in a breeze and responded within minutes to any questions or requests for recommendations. Would give more but 5 star is max, sadly.
Excellent location close to everything - very nice welcome by wife. Owners very accommodating, responsive and available. Very noisy at nite from cars and Bar on the street resulting in too many sleepless nites. Nice HW floors but some rugs would help absorb the echoing noise. Washer convenient but providing a few laundry pods would be welcome since most people don't travel with these. A basic microwave would be very valuable as well. The unit could use a new coat of paint and some updated furniture - A chest of drawers in each room would be most welcome. While very clean, this is one of the most barren and sterile VRBOs we have ever stayed in.
I was very happy with the stay at this apartment and the neighborhood worked very well for me, and I hope to be back. There is a subway station within walking distance that you can take to the center of the old city. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Naschmarkt. Note that the Naschmarkt, which has food shops as well as restaurants, is closed on Sunday. There is a small supermarket across the street from the apartment. The apartment is an in older building and does not have air conditioning. They have a floor fan that can be moved as needed. The apartment overlooks a road that is a little busy, but it is not a busy street, and the double windows block any street noise when they are closed. I was there over a Friday and a weekend and disagree with a previous review that it was noisy at night.The apartment is large, clean, and has good daylight, and a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The owners were kind and easy to work with. I prefer renting VRBO apartments and houses from the owners rather than from a company. I think the apartment is an excellent place to stay for a couple or a family and enjoy all that Vienna has to offer.
This property is very well constructed. Everything was new and in perfect working order. The owner met us on arrival & gave us a tour and explanation of the features of the apartment. The laundry machine worked well & was much appreciated. The neighborhood is convenient to the Ubahn (metro), and food shopping.we loved this place!
Five stars are not nearly enough to describe this beautiful apartment! It was impeccably clean, very comfortable and provided us with a beautiful and convenient home base in Vienna. Property is located in a nice neighborhood with local authentic restaurants and cafes all around.. The apartment is large and very comfortable. The host will meet you at the property and show you the apartment and answer any questions you might have about the apt or restaurants in the area etc.You can walk to the city center, museums, markets etc.I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it for anybody wanting to stay out of the crowded tourist areas..
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Bus und U ebenfalls. Ca. 5 Minuten zum Naschmarkt und keine 10 Minuten zum Karlsplatz/Oper. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Alles in allem voll empfehlenswert.
I recently stayed at this apartment with my wife and adult daughter over spring break. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and located in a nice historic building in a great neighborhood. There were grocery stores in the neighborhood, good restaurants and easy access to the metro. The Naschmarkt is only a short walk away and the walk into the city center is pleasant and a great way to see the city. We would highly recommend this apartment and will stay here again when we return to the city.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung ist großartig, die Kommunikation war toll und wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.Alles ist supersauber, ausreichend Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, neue Schwämme in der Küche etc.Schräg gegenüber ist ein SPAR, rundherum diverse Buslinien und zur Haltestelle Pilgramgasse ein Katzensprung.Es war uns in Wien ein zweites Zuhause!
I stayed here with my son and his girlfriend for a Fews days at Christmas . Easy check in and super responsive ! Great location very safe easy to get to public transport or just walk . One Christmas market is super close and so is the subway. Groceries across the street and a washing machine made this perfect after spend five days touring Europe and before heading to another country with family.
Well situated in a quieter area but within easy walking distance to the underground, city centre and excellent Naschmarkt (food market).Local restaurants and a good sized supermarket also within a few minutes walk.The apartment itself was roomy, had everything we needed and immaculately clean. It was a real pleasure to stay there and perfect for our 5 day visit to Vienna.
Die Wohnung ist ideal. Sie liegt zentral, hat getrennte Schlafzimmerbereiche jeweils mit Bad/WC. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Die Anbindung an den ÖPV ist gut. Buchung, Bezahlung, Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation liefen perfekt.

Location excellent, hosts excellent, really nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, apartment had all the needed amenities. Beds were low to the floor which may be difficult for older travellers. Overall, excellent value for the cost.
Generous and clean apartment with a very helpful host. Grocery directly opposite was helpful, as there were no supplies of any kind at the apartment, not even the remainders of previous guests (basics like salt and pepper, for instance). I particularly liked being only a few blocks away from the Naschmarkt, a very lively place with great produce. Metro stop is close and system is easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be for the host to consider providing some very basic supplies, such as shampoo, and perhaps leave in the kitchen supplies other guests left behind for future travelers to use. I have rented a lot of vrbo apartments, and this was certainly the barest.
